Nana aba Duncan

Nana aba is a sought after host, moderator and public speaker. She has presented keynote addresses for the Canadian Association of Black Journalists, the Faculty of Public Affairs Emerging Perspective and the Association of Education in Journalism and Mass Communication, among others. She has guest lectured at University of British Columbia, University of Western Ontario and Toronto Metropolitan University on topics ranging from thriving in newsrooms as a Black journalist, journalism and fear, and podcasting and entrepreneurship. She has been a moderator and panelist at events for the Regent Park Film Festival, Pandemic University and Heritage Toronto. For the Women's Legal Education and Action Fund and Toronto Metropolitan University, she hosted a conversation with #MeToo founder Tarana Burke on her mission to advance gender equity and equality worldwide.
